American Culinary Federation
The American Culinary Federation is the oldest and largest association of professional chefs in North America. Established in 1929, ACF is a not for profit representing the standard of excellence for the culinary industry, with the goal of promoting the professional image of American chefs worldwide through education of culinarians at all levels. ACF is made up of more than 14,000 members belonging to more than 170 chapters across the United States offering numerous networking opportunities.
