The Mentor badge is designed for teachers and school leaders of all levels and departments (both academic and operational) to refine their leadership and communication skills, deepen their understanding of different perspectives, and make a tangible difference in a colleague’s life. The badge earner is experienced in developing a supportive mentoring relationship through engagement addressing career choices and life experiences where appropriate.
