Badge holders have acquired the skills to teach the key principles and terminology associated with Agile Project Management, Scrum and their use in combination and can demonstrate an understanding of the concepts, roles, events and artefacts outlined in the AgilePM for Scrum handbook, including terms used, process steps and roles involved. They have an understanding of the underpinning philosophy and principles of Agile, as well as the lifecycle, techniques and products of an Agile project.

Earning Criteria

Badge holders have passed a multiple choice exam, scoring a minimum of 40 out of 50 (80%). The exam is a closed-book exam lasting 40 minutes.

Badge holders have been assessed through interview for their product knowledge by an experienced APMG Assessor.

Badge holders been assessed for their ability to teach through observation by an experienced APMG Assessor.
Standards
APMG Accredited Trainers have been assessed to the international best practice standard ISO 17024. In addition to having passed rigorous product knowledge interviews and training skills assessments, APMG Accredited trainers are continually monitored to provide exemplary course delivery to customers.
