Earning Criteria

Badge holders have designed and implemented a Performance Improvement Plan in which the OBM principles are applied to resolve an organisational performance issue. In this real-life case, positive reinforcement is used to demonstrably improve performance and measurably bring about behavioral change. The Performance Improvement Plan has been assessed by the OBM Examination Committee and evaluated as demonstrating the badge holder has sufficient practical skills to apply OBM principles.

Badge holders have been assessed through interview for their product knowledge by an experienced APMG Assessor.

Badge holders been assessed for their ability to teach through observation by an experienced APMG Assessor.
Standards
APMG Accredited Trainers have been assessed to the international best practice standard ISO 17024. In addition to having passed rigorous product knowledge interviews and training skills assessments, APMG Accredited trainers are continually monitored to provide exemplary course delivery to customers.
