Badge holders can file compliant import and export customs entries on HMRC’s new Customs Declaration Service. Holders understand the UK Tariff requirements including the terminology, basic customs procedures, key responsibilities and information requirements. They also understand and can apply the theory to common filing scenarios. Finally, they can identify errors, non-compliance and post-clearance amendment options. The qualification was designed by The British Chambers of Commerce.
