Earning Criteria

Complete a total of 375-hours of instruction including: 30-hours of facilitated coaching practice; 200-hours of self-directed learning (i.e., videos, audios, reading, and quizzes);175-hours of blended learning (i.e. discussions, assignments, projects, etc.) and 3-hours of coach-and-be-coached with a certified professional coach.
