Each program cohort lasts for four months and includes several beneficial components including seven online educational modules, one-to-one mentoring with experienced association C-Suite leaders, and an immersive, one-day Leadership Academy.

Earning Criteria

ReadyMe is a program for current or emerging association leaders who want to sharpen their essential (soft) skills for leadership. The program focuses on a mastery of essential traits, characteristics, and knowledge (beyond technical skills and abilities) that help make leaders successful.
Learners must successfully complete assessments after each online education module. The seven modules include: Knowing Yourself, Strategic Thinking and Decision Making, Organizational Culture, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA), Change and Innovation Management, Communications, and Motivation and Momentum. Upon completing seven modules, learners must also complete and achieve a passing score on a final program assessment.
