When healthy leaders lead healthy organizations, we elevate construction to become the industry of choice. Project Engage is a transformational leadership development experience for construction professionals. It begins with an in-person retreat, continues with virtual cohort gatherings, 1:1 coaching, and concludes with an in-person retreat and celebration. The power of leadership to build a healthy culture and profitable business is developed with participants throughout the year.

Earning Criteria

Participants apply for acceptance into the program. The program is limited to 100 participants per year and begins annually in April.
This year-long program requires approximately 70 hours of 'classroom' learning in addition to practical learning and application.
Because the leadership development program was created by the construction industry specifically to address their unique challenges, participants must currently hold a position directly in construction (examples include Project Managers, Engineers, & Executives) or in a supporting role (examples include Human Resources Professionals, Consultants, & Attornies).
Participants with this credential have learned practical and powerful tools, unpacked the results, and received feedback from cohort members and coaches throughout the year-long program.
