Earning Criteria

This first level, Certified Business Process Associate (CBPA®), is for individuals who may be new to the business transformation profession and is meant to recognize professionals who have a broad-based foundation level skills and understanding, where individuals may have some work experience the field, but do not have the full four years of hands-on experience required for the 2nd level of certification. The CBPA® is the foundational BPM Certification.
