Handling Grievances in the Workplace
This course teaches skills and frameworks to build the capacity to communicate around and work through grievance issues with workers and employers and helps participants to develop problem-solving and analytical skills. It reinforce understanding of procedural fairness and participants learn strategies to problem solve and interpret relevant clauses in Awards and agreements.
