Work Health and Safety Foundations
This course covers fundamental knowledge of WHS legislation and is designed to leave participants with the confidence to build WHS structures in workplaces. Participants explore both current and historical union campaigns around health and safety in the workplace, and the subsequent impact of these campaigns on shaping legislation. Participants learn how to critique theories of WHS, practise risk assessments and how to realise a clear vision of a powerful, organised workplace.
