Earners of this badge can describe how management operating systems can be used in the successful operation of a mine. They can examine the Life of Mine Plan, its processes and discuss some of the key principles and decisions made during its development. They can recognise effective operations reporting techniques to maximise their value on site and can identify mine accounting principles and methods and determine how they can improve site performance. Earners are eligible to claim 20 PD hours.
