Earning Criteria

A service provider includes retailers, investigators, specialist claims providers, claims preparers and building services. Businesses eligible for other industry award categories, including professional services, underwriting agencies, insurance brokers and insurers are not eligible to apply for this category.
Submission addresses the specific award criteria and must be backed up with data and evidence.
