  • LEARNING OUTCOMES:
  • Workforce Planning: Analyse future of work trends, learn how to undertake modelling and scenario planning to inform strategic workforce planning, leveraging AHRI’s Quarterly Australian Work Outlook reports.
  • Industrial Relations: Apply employment frameworks and laws at national and state levels, including those governing employment, contractors, and termination. Gain insights into the role of unions and the regulation of work through contracts, legislation, and bargaining agreements.
