Autodesk created an internal program (Sustainability G.O.A.L Program) to equip employees with tools and strategies to partner with customers in achieving their sustainability goals. There are 4 levels: Guest / Official / Ambassador / Leader. To earn the Leader status, the employee needs to earn the Ambassador status and lead 3 projects with a focus on sustainability.
