This badge demonstrates mentoring of a person for the completion of their ELS Black Belt Certificate, including full Black Belt DMAIC project. A Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt is required. Mastery of advanced Lean Six Sigma tools, including normal and non-normal data analysis (control charts, multi-variate analysis, hypothesis testing, DOE and MSA(using Minitab), FMEA, pilot studies, control plans, project management, and stakeholder analysis, was demonstrated through coaching.
