Earning Criteria

Complete a 4-day in-person course combining traditional classroom learning with 3 hands-on simulations
Complete an Application log, which requires individual demonstration of 8 fundamental ELS tools under the supervision of a Lean Six Sigma mentor. This includes a problem solving A3 and typically takes around 20 hours for completion.
