Understanding the Bacardi X adaptation of the Growth Mindset Framework using topics such as Collaboration, Feedback and Relationship Building. This course allows people to measure where they are on the Growth Mindset scale and how to use a powerful reflection tool to think about which area they most want to strengthen. It allows participants to co-create an action plan to strengthen a growth mindset by creating a guiding statement.

Earning Criteria

To undertake a 90 minute training course to learn about entry level skills on Growth Mindset. This includes understanding foundational concepts of Fixed and Growth Mindset and recognising the mindsets of themselves and others and when is best to flex their style.
