Earner has successfully taken part in and completed an artistic collaboration process or mentoring project where they have learnt new creative skills (such as writing their own text or learning a new music software programme) or developed those they already had. They have committed to meeting on a regular basis with their artist, ensuring they were on time and prepared for each session. They have been curious, asked questions, listened, built confidence, shared ideas and practice.
