Standards
This badge has been mapped to the Participation Layer of the Cities of Learning Badging Standard. The earner has met expectations, can interact with learning and is able to join in with others.
ISO 9001 on quality management systems is the most widely recognized quality management standard in the world. It sets out what’s needed to implement a quality management system – the purpose of which is to improve overall performance and provide a sound basis for sustainable development initiatives.
This British Standard specifies requirements for technical product documentation and specification, principally for manufacturing industries and organizations associated with engineering disciplines, such as mechanical, electrical, nuclear, automotive and, aerospace and medical devices.
Defence Standardization develops and pursues MOD’s standardization policy, both nationally and internationally, with civil and military partners to support increased interoperability and more effective acquisition.
