Through discussion and potentially shared interests, the earner has encouraged the mentee to make the right choices and see matters from different perspectives.

Earner has followed a training session in how to be a mentor before accessing the program.

Earner has completed the full 6 week course of 1 hour sessions, actively supporting their mentee each week and also having a reflective evaluation time themselves to consider their own mentoring skills and how to further enhance these.
