Earning Criteria

• Earner has demonstrated a sound knowledge of the Financial Services Market, alongside understanding structures within the market and different customer propositions. During their apprenticeship, the earner has also demonstrated in-depth understanding of the Financial Services regulatory framework.
• Earner has demonstrated competencies in using a variety of financial products and planning tools as well as appropriate systems and controls when working with clients. Earner also has an understanding of how these systems and controls fit within their organisation and the wider Financial sector.
• Earner has demonstrated a high level of professionalism and integrity when working with clients by building a strong rapport, understanding their needs and objectives throughout their work. Earner has consistently worked within their organisations ethos and procedures, demonstrating a high level of customer service and teamwork.
• Earner has demonstrated the ability to manage risk through working within both regulatory requirements and the requirements of their own organisation. Earner has also demonstrated they are able to adapt to changing circumstances and has met challenges with a 'can-do' attitude.
