Earning Criteria

• Earner has demonstrated deep understanding of the structure of the Financial Services industry and in particular the role their part of the sector and organisation plays. Earner has good understanding of the impact the external environment has on Financial Services, as well as understanding of the relevant Financial Services legal and regulatory framework and ethics, and the purpose behind them.
• Earner has demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the relevant Financial Service products and services offered to clients/customers by their organisation, together with sound knowledge of the products and services, and their features and benefits, relevant to their role. Earner also shows deep understanding of client and customer segments, demonstrating a professional approach to delivering fair client/customer outcomes.
• Earner has demonstrated their ability to consistently build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, providing flexible and innovative solutions, integrating products and excellent service as appropriate to their role, in order to support client/customers and meet their best interest. Earner takes the initiative to meet challenging individual and team performance measures in line with organisation policy, Values, standards and sector relevant regulatory requirements
• Earner has demonstrated effective time management and strategy skills in order to meet company/organisation outcomes and KPIs. Earner has also demonstrated their ability to produce reports and track progress within their area of responsibility.
• Earner has demonstrated they are able to work to a high professional standard, working with integrity, innovation and resilience. Earner has demonstrated their ability to support and manage other teams or members of staff within their organisation to ensure company/organisation targets are met.
