Earning Criteria

• Earner has proven that they are able to support their organisations strategic vision through working to generate new customers or retain customers through renewal. Earner has worked with supporting colleagues and used their Apprenticeship learning to gain knowledge of the range of insurance data available to them and their organisations vision and aims to provide effective service to customers.
• Earner has demonstrated the ability to gather all relevant data needed for delivery of the insurance services they are working in. Earner has acted upon any issues that have arisen in a timely manner, showing competency in decision making and the ability to take appropriate actions within their role responsibilities.
• Earner has demonstrated excellent communication skills, both internally with colleagues and externally when liaising with clients and other professionals.
• Earner has shown a competency in all IT systems related to their role and has demonstrated the ability to keep accurate digital records.
• Earner has demonstrated knowledge of all current and relevant data protection and confidentiality policies and guidelines, and has successfully carried out their duties within these guidelines. Earner has also worked compliantly within all regulatory codes of conduct related to their role and duties.
