Earning Criteria

• Earner has submitted an expression of interest in order to access a professional work experience placement.
• Earner has had an introduction to the basic minimum requirements for behaviour, professional presentation and health and safety in a working environment. They will have been inducted into the culture and values of Coca Cola and presented themselves accordingly over the course of a work experience placement.
• Earner has shadowed teams across a range of departments and working environments to gain a first hand knowledge of the range of different roles in a global multi-national corporation. They will have been introduced to a range of digital tools used in a modern working environment and become familiar with their use and applications.
• Earner has attended meetings and taken notes to record the actions and outcomes of those meetings.
• Earner has received feedback about their work over the course of the week and as part of an exit interview.
