Earning Criteria

• Earner has enhanced their ability to lead collaboratively in relationship with others by attending five three-hour workshops and completing personal assignments. By participating in a challenging experiential learning experience with a diverse group of people they have gained new awareness, knowledge, skills and perspectives enabling them to successfully model the behaviours that drive inclusive leadership in their working relationships and interactions with others.
• Earner has explored the concept of Inclusive Leadership, its relevance to productivity and performance as well as the opportunities and challenges it presents individuals and groups. Earner has also actively practiced and applied self-awareness, self-management, social-awareness, and relationship systems awareness, as well as enhancing their capacity to use listening skills to enhance awareness and improve communication.
• Earner has used co-created situational agreements to navigate challenges by aligning intentions, behaviours and accountability in the moment. Earner has learned about - and applied - multiple evidence-based approaches to maintaining healthy relationships, and explored toxic communication styles – why they arise, the impact they can have as well as how to respond to them and mitigate their impact.
• Earner has learned about and explored the application of multiple approaches to de escalating conflict, disputes, and disagreements. Earner has also explored the difference between ‘agreement’ and ‘alignment’ and how they relate to inclusive leadership and building from difference. Earner has learned about and explored individual and collective reactions to change and challenge as an expression of diversity - as well as what it takes to support people to move through change together.
• Earner has explored the power and impact of hopes and dreams in diverse groups. Earner has also learned and applied practical approaches to exploring and building from diversity within and between people. Earner carried out reflective homework assignments in-service of raising their own awareness of when and where learning from the programme can be applied.
• Earner has demonstrated that they can grow beyond their comfort zone and develop constructive relationships with other current and future leaders.
