Earner has enhanced their ability to lead collaboratively in relationship with others by attending five three-hour workshops and completing personal assignments. By participating in a challenging experiential learning experience with a diverse group of people they have gained new awareness, knowledge, skills and perspectives enabling them to successfully model the behaviours that drive inclusive leadership in their working relationships and interactions with others.

Earner has explored the concept of Inclusive Leadership, its relevance to productivity and performance as well as the opportunities and challenges it presents individuals and groups. Earner has also actively practiced and applied self-awareness, self-management, social-awareness, and relationship systems awareness, as well as enhancing their capacity to use listening skills to enhance awareness and improve communication.

Earner has used co-created situational agreements to navigate challenges by aligning intentions, behaviours and accountability in the moment. Earner has learned about - and applied - multiple evidence-based approaches to maintaining healthy relationships, and explored toxic communication styles – why they arise, the impact they can have as well as how to respond to them and mitigate their impact.

Earner has also learned and applied practical approaches to exploring and building from diversity within and between people. Earner carried out reflective homework assignments in-service of raising their own awareness of when and where learning from the programme can be applied.
