Earning Criteria

• Earner has completed all sessions of an intensive Bootcamp, which centred around: ‘creating your own leadership charter’, personal branding, project planning, teamwork, financial management, and time management. Earners also focused on resilience, well-being, mindset and ‘creating your own success’.
• Earner has participated in follow-up learning sessions after completing the Bootcamp.
• Earner has learned how to effectively lead by enhancing their sense of self-leadership and self-awareness. As a result, Earners have inspired confidence in themselves and others.
• Earner has demonstrated effective interpersonal skills through communication strategies and working with others.
• Earner has participated in leadership focussed reflection sessions with a focus group. Earner has used this experience to evaluate their learning and practical application of the skills they have learned on the programme.
• Earner has participated in the creation and delivery of a creative workshop. Earners' responsibilities included making marketing material, session content, and session delivery, whilst also focusing on practical tasks such as administration and the project schedule.
• Earner has volunteered on at least one project where they have led various parts of the project to gain experience in leadership roles, within Kinetika Bloco.
