Earning Criteria

• Earner has shown a commitment to reliably volunteer within the community or virtually on 4 separate occasions for the London Borough of Culture.
• Earner has approached their role thoughtfully, and offered excellent customer service to internal and/or external customers as well as demonstrating an interest in understanding the organisations work and/or needs of the beneficiaries.
• Earners of this badge have demonstrated the skills, knowledge, attitudes and values required to perform a volunteer role for the London Borough of Culture. This badge shows that the individual has successfully utilised the skills gained during this training programme and applied their knowledge of volunteering in a modern day environment.
• Earner has effectively carried out their role, asked questions, addressed queries and/or signposted to team members as appropriate to immediately deal with them.
• Earner has successfully carried out tasks allocated to them and demonstrated an enthusiasm for their role.
• Earner has taken on board any feedback given to them by supporting staff members and has actioned any suggestions made.
• This badge is only available to Students, Members or Employees.
