Earning Criteria

• Earner has demonstrated the ability to closely follow instructions by reading briefs prior to an event and acting accordingly. This is predominately done by setting up the venue space and preparing the tech/equipment that will be needed for the day. However, this can vary depending on the event; earner is able to adapt and use the briefs provided effectively.
• Earner has exhibited their organisational skills to prepare the Market Hall café/space for an event. Earner has done this by applying their initiative to make extra stock orders and prepare menu items prior to an event, ensuring that the workday can run smoothly.
• Earner has demonstrated outstanding interpersonal skills by adapting their communication style for the array of people whom they have encountered prior to and during an event. This varies between management and co-workers, organisers, clients, and customers.
• Earner has displayed phenomenal teamwork skills by collaborating effectively with their peers and adapting to a different work environment. They have been able to clearly communicate with their team and prioritise tasks depending on their co-worker’s needs.
• Earner has ensured a safe customer experience by following Health and Safety guidance. This includes keeping the venue tidy and being aware of Fire Safety procedures. Earner is able to locate the venue’s fire exits, can signpost people to the Fire Assembly Point and can quickly action what is required in case of a fire.
• Earner has been a positive ambassador for Real Ideas by applying their company and programme knowledge to provide a high level of customer service. They have created a welcoming environment for event attendees, acted as a point of contact, clearly conveyed information, and answered a range of questions.
