Earner has demonstrated a commitment and a willingness to learn new skills by attending a skills related programme or activity on a regular basis (a minimum of 3 sessions over 3 months).
Earner has successfully completed a skills programme or activity and has actively sought to progress towards developing further skills, training and/or volunteering.
Earner has strengthened their resilience by developing life skills, growing confidence and capacity to connect meaningfully with their community.
