• Earner has built confidence and professional experience by taking part in a talk to increase their awareness of pathways into film and TV industry careers.
• Earner has embarked on a tour to gain first-hand experience and find out more about the management of a regional film and TV studio. They have developed their networking skills by communicating with both the Studio Management Team and peers looking to enter the industry.
• Earner has participated in an interactive session to gain an understanding of film and TV industry jargon. They have shown communication and teamwork skills by working collaboratively with peers to understand documentation such as call sheets.
• Earner has successfully increased their employability through gaining knowledge of industry-specific practices, information, language, and employment opportunities. They have understood the requirements to gain an entry-level role and next steps to gain further experience.
