Earner has fully completed the Vistry Plus Academy course, including but not limited to; CSCS, Health & Safety within the Environment, City & Guilds Level 1 Certificate in Basic Construction Skills, OCN L1 Award in Health & Safety, City & Guilds Certificate in Employability.

Earner has worked well as a team player on all practical and theoretical tasks. They have also demonstrated good listening skills by understanding instructions as well as showing leadership skills throughout.

Earner has demonstrated good safety awareness by wearing the correct PPE at all times and ensuring they kept it on throughout the day.
