Earner has worked with their YES project keyworker to identify areas where they felt they could improve on their confidence. Earner has set personalised goals against these areas in their YES Action Plan.

Earner has completed actions at set out in their YES action plan ; Earner has held a conversation with their YES keyworker to update their action plan and set a further, demonstrative action- to attend YES activities, as a result of their increased confidence.

Earner has demonstrated that they have overcome their areas of low confidence by attending a YES Project group activity and has actively contributed to the session. Earner is able to attend the session independently and has demonstrated the ability to actively contribute to tasks and discussions.
