Earner has done significant work on YES Project activities to significantly improve their employability skills; this could include earning their "Get Ahead" badge. Earner has identified their "brand" and key skills which have been used in the application for employment, training or education .
Earner has successfully secured an offer of either employment (including an apprenticeship), training or further education. The earner has accepted this offer and is taking steps to prepare such as enhanced travel training or a meeting with student welfare services at college.
Earner has completed their time on YES Project and has completed a self review as part of their exit paperwork. Earner has discussed with their keyworker the highlights of their time on the project and has identified the interventions they felt were key in improving soft outcomes such as confidence, health and relationships.
