Earning Criteria

Complete self-assessments and development goals identification
Attend monthly global sessions & small group meetings with a 70% attendance rate
A minimum of 3 hours/month of active participation in the CORE community (Learn/Engage/Deliver at learner's discretion); minimum of 30 hours by program end
Period catch-ups with mentor (strongly recommended at least at monthly basis)
