New Manager Experience is a 10-month long program that requires participants to attend live workshops on various management topics, engage in coaching circles with several of their peers, and complete a number of follow-up action items to help them reinforce the important skills required of a manager. These individuals attended at least seven of the ten courses, meaning that they showed commitment to the program and their own development as new BT managers.
