New Senior Experience is an 8-month long program that requires participants to attend live workshops on various professional topics, engage in coaching circles with several of their peers, and complete a number of follow-up action items to help them reinforce the important skills required of a senior. These individuals attended at least five of six courses, meaning that they showed commitment to the program and their own development as new BT seniors.
