In addition to the emerging criteria, the student has demonstrated that they can practically produce a standard Cappuccino with a 25ml shot of espresso, 1/3rd milk, 1/3rd foam in that the coffee shall have a silky white milk foam with a dusting of chocolate. They can also operate as part of a café team to produce beverages for a school event from the School's Marketplace.
