Earners of the Authentic Leaders micro-credential have completed a 12-month development program designed and delivered by Garry Trotter, founder of Executive Coaching business, A Leader's Impact. They understand how their core values shape an authentic leadership approach to creating trusting, innovative, psychologically safe teams. They leave with the skills to communicate effectively, inspire and align others, and hold challenging conversations to give constructive yet motivating feedback.

Earning Criteria

Complete the core modules of the Authentic Leader Program: Team Culture, Your Leadership Impact Parts 1&2, Challenging Conversations Parts 1&2, High Performing Teams Parts 1&2, Leading Change, Leader as Coach, Effective Delegation, Leading with Influence, and Defining Your Leadership Legacy.

Participate in twelve 90-minute seminars during the year-long program, applying tools from the core modules and translating them into your own leadership practice, enabling you to create an environment where everyone can consistently be their best.

Complete a reflective journal over the length of the program, analysing how you can become more effective in creating an environment where everyone can consistently be their best.
