Earning Criteria

• Has attained the Cafe-201 Barista Badge and completed one year of service.
• Has completed the application process, including an interview with Human Resources.
• Supervised a minimum of three shifts per week per term at Ballarat Grammar's Cafe-201, for a minimum of one semester.
• Supervised the cleaning of all machinery and work surfaces to the expected levels of cleanliness and hygiene at the conclusion of each shift.
• Conducted the chemical clean once per week.
• Conducted training for new staff.
• Created and oversaw staff rosters.
• Maintained and reported stock levels.
• Demonstrated confidence with money handling, including the use of Eftpos machines.
