This may be through one-to-one conversations, document drafts, written documents, visual presentations and email. They confidently use questioning techniques to clarify issues and instructions. The badge earners can use appropriate communication methods to write translation documents in a language of their choice and edit.

Earning Criteria

Communicate non-verbally. (2.1.) Non-verbal communication is positive, culturally appropriate and tailored to the audience. (2.2.) Use body language to help establish rapport and project confidence.
