Personal Leadership Journey

Issued by Ballarat Grammar

Earners of the personal leadership journey badge have successfully engaged in a coaching and reflective practice program to develop their personal leadership style. With a focus on building character strengths, the personal leadership journey requires participants to keep a reflective journal, documenting their journey, culminating in a final career meeting to map out three future directions.

Earning Criteria

Participated in six coaching conversations to set goals and develop the next steps in an ongoing personal leadership journey.
Complete a reflective journal over the length of the program, analysing leadership challenges, growth and future directions.
Meeting with Careers to develop and refine a resume, planning three future pathway options.
