Intakes: Understand how to conduct an intake with a (potential) client and how to translate information you have acquired from this conversation into a clear business question.
Problem-solving and opportunity finding: Understand what an issue tree is and know how to apply this technique to real world problems in line with the MECE principle.
Storylining: Understand how to communicate a recommendation in line with the pyramid principle.
Slide writing: Understand how to translate a storyline to storyboard in PowerPoint and how to apply key slide writing principles.
