The Impact Leadership Program is a leadership & development program that certifies employees in Inspirational Leadership. Participants complete the Leadership Sessions and craft their inspirational leadership brand. Graduates of the Impact Leadership Program display inspirational leadership and find more ways to connect with their customers and colleagues, build stronger relationships across teams, and find greater meaning in their work.
