COVID-19 Close Contact Calling / Contact Tracking

This training involves making calls for contact tracing of individuals who were in close contact with a person who has tested positive for SARS-CoV-2. This self-paced training delivers educational modules and live training that cover: (a) Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), (b) Incident Command System and the National Response Framework, (c) psychological first aid, and (d) use of the NYS Communicable Disease Case Management System (CommCare).
