Earners will have engaged in the Leadership Discovery Program with Executive and Leadership Coach, Taryn Johnston. The leader is working towards a 360 Feedback Process and Growth Coaching Conversation by participating in targeted conversations for leadership. The earner has engaged in a collegial discussion to improve our understanding of strengths within our leadership styles to improve professional knowledge and student outcomes.

Apply the EDISC matrix and examine the earners preferred, unconscious behaviours and outline ways that identify strengths or areas for growth.
