Responsible for serving as a world-wide advisor to Blacks at Microsoft (BAM) and its world-wide Executive Board, as well as serving as an advocate and accelerator in furthering BAM initiatives and promoting BAM's influence with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) of Microsoft.
