Earning Criteria

Earner has completed the two (2) pre-program LAUNCH activities.
Earner has attended either the "Blanchard Management Essentials" or Blanchard's "First-Time Manager" program and participated in a series of LEARN and PRACTICE activities to build confidence and competence in the application of conversation skills and manager conversations.
Earner has completed the post-program MASTER activity in the work environment to consolidate and sustain program learnings and achieve long term behavioural change.
