Earning Criteria

• Complete the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina Advanced RPA Developer Learning Pathway, including the RPA Developer Advanced Online Learning Plan or equivalent class taught by a UiPath vendor partner (totaling 43 - 50 hours of education).
• Complete the Blue Cross NC UiPath Fundamentals course to develop and demonstrate understanding of the Blue Cross NC UiPath Operating Model; UiPath standards and best practices when building automation processes; UiPath resources, templates and snippets utilized at Blue Cross NC for bot development; and the phases of the SDLC Process at Blue Cross NC.
• Complete the Advanced RPA Developer Hands-On Activity to apply and practice UiPath skills from RPA Developer Foundation training to develop a Use Case Development Project. The activity will be guided and evaluated by the UiPath mentor.
• Demonstrate 100% skill mastery in the evaluation of an SDLC/Robotics Capstone Project for the following skills: 1) Utilize UiPath Blue Cross NC standards and best practices when building automation processes, 2) Develop an automation (use case) using UiPath applications and Blue Cross NC UiPath templates and snippets, and 3) Apply the Blue Cross NC SDLC process throughout the completion of the use case Capstone Project.
