Earning Criteria

  • Earn the Domain Architecture Silver badge or equivalent.
  • Lead one area of Domain Architecture (be a Domain Architect). Establish and maintain current, transitional, and future state views of your domain. Work with business and IT stakeholders to identify and address challenges and opportunities.
  • Support reuse two ways: (1) by harvesting at least 2 additional non-trivial domain architecture assets (beyond what you did for the Silver badge) and organizing them for reuse and (2) by reusing in your domain architecture at least 2 additional non-trivial domain or project asset previously harvested. These assets can be reference architectures, standards, or patterns. Architecture Review Board (ARB) approval is required.
